Do you have a minimum spend?YES. While we cater to any group size, please note that there is a minimum spend requirement of 35 people at $35 per head. Additionally, a travel fee may apply based on the event location. Please be aware that all prices mentioned are exclusive of GST. We strive to provide transparent pricing and flexibility to accommodate your specific needs.

How do you operate on the day of the event?We arrive one 1h before your event to set up and prepare the oven. Throughout the 2-hour event, we'll be crafting and serving pizzas buffet-style on a designated table. All necessary plates, napkins and utensils are provided by us. Guests can ask the chef for their favorite pizzas from our predetermined menu ( we don't allow this service with group larger then 25 people). If you'd like waiter service, we can arrange that at an additional cost. Post-event, we efficiently pack up, clean, and depart.

What if the trailer doesn't fit in our space?NO PROBLEM. We have the option to set up our mini portable pizza oven anywhere. No stress the party is on!

Where do you operate?We can operate within 200km from Melbourne. Go to the book/quote page to get a quote for your spesific location and event.

Booking and cancellationTo secure your date at the time of booking, we kindly request a deposit of $250. Please note that refunds are not permitted if the event is canceled within 30 calendar days. This policy ensures that we can commit the necessary resources and preparation for your event

Melbourne weather.Considering the unpredictable nature of Melbourne weather, please be assured that we operate our services regardless of conditions. However, in cases of extreme weather that might necessitate the cancellation of the event, a full refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
